1. When I try to log into my work pc it says that there is somebody else logged in and has it locked. How do I gain access to my system?

On the PC's Tower, hold the power button down for at least 10 seconds until the PC powers down. Then turn it back on. You will be able to log in with your own credentials.

2. I sent a document to the printer but it isn't printing. What should I do?

You should open up Printers and Faxes from within Windows. Then open up the printer your're trying to print to. The document may be stuck in the print queue. Delete the job and try to resend it. You may need to restart your printer as well.

3. I logged into my work pc this morning and it seems to be running really slow. What is happeing to the network?

On a weekly and sometimes daily occurence, the System will do maintenance which can include virus scans, windows updates, and other critical tasks. These tasks often occur in the background however, there will be system performance issues. Please try to have patience and let the system perform its fucntions. If there problem persists for more than several hours then report the issue to Technical Support.
